All paid services include professional negotiations, a detailed report, and all
necessary supporting documentation required for settlement review and claim resolution.
Contract / Terms
Prior to the start of services, clients are required to sign a service authorization agreement (CONTRACT) outlining the scope of representation, reporting services, and payment terms.
Cardwell Claim Authority understands that claim-related expenses can arise unexpectedly, and payment for services is not required upfront unless otherwise agreed. Fees become due upon completion of services - Completion of Services is identified as the moment an agreement between appraisers is met (AWARD).
All services include professional negotiations, detailed reporting, and supporting documentation necessary to assist with claim evaluation and settlement discussions.
